Protect your outbound email communication via RMail Security Gateway HarmonyTM. Simply route all your outbound data traffic via the Gateway and apply your compliance policy), filter rules and notifications. RMail Security Gateway HarmonyTM allows specific setups with S/MIME or PGP environments and closes security leaks, especially when sending encrypted emails to recipients outside of the PKI network. RMail security Gateway HarmonyTM supports two standard setups:
- Encrypt-all: Every email sent out will be encrypted. This ensures that sensitive data is never sent unencrypted by mistake due to human error and can prevent your organisation from data breaches.
- Encrypt by filter rules: Define trigger words in the email subject line or body that will automatically encrypt the message when clicking on the send-button. Depending on your preferences and rules the email will be sent via TLS 1.2 or end-to-end-encrypted.

Proof of compliance with the Registered Receipt™
If you combine the RMail Gateway with the regular RMail services, you receive further benefits, such as sending registered emails. The Registered Receipt contains legally valid information regarding content, encryption level, time and delivery status and acts as a compliance record under GDPR Article 5, clause 2. The Active Tracking enhancement allows you to keep track of your important emails and sensitive data even after they have been sent.
Powerful add-on: Send documents automatically for electronic signature
Besides the option to send emails registered, with the RMail Gateway in connection with RMail services you can also send out documents for electronic signature. If your email subject line contains e.g. „for signature“, when using the filter rules this email will be sent out for eSignOff automatically.
